degrees. seven day ready to go in my next report. first, want to check on that drive. good morning, mike. >> while you look at this horrible backup from what you typically expect even on a tuesday, let me give you better news. upper deck of the bridge is now cleared from the earlier stall and that crash is now clearing over toward that treasure island off-ramp and so that's why we had earlier metering lights here at the toll plaza causing the early backup. kept that bridge at least moving better than stopped up. bridge itself, let's look at the incline. you see the lights are packed all of the way up toward treasure island. once you reach that tunnel things clear. the crash just moved to the treasure island off-ramp and city side moving smoothly. lower deck a stall now approaching the toll plaza getting off on oakland side. here's a south bay north 101 second issue we're following is northbound approaching 680 interchange. you see good volume here. map shows you we do have an incident, disabled bus approaching 680 northbound slowing from tully approaching the scene and slowing down becau

in the halftime playbook and we're trading the big movers with josh brown and mike murphy and doc, i'm going to you first. >> because you called me joe. >> it's the options market. where you can often see what the market is betting on ahead of earnings like this. what do you do expect or see? >> well, just to give the viewers a little insight here from what the trading perspective and the options floors has judged, ibm ahead of earnings tonight is a $6 straddle at the 195 strike. that's implying a 3% move up or down. volatility is right around 40. so you'd expect that since apple is implying a 7% move it's implied volatility would be double that, you would be right. apple's implied vol at 93 is implying a move of $36 or more for those earnings. google is about the same, a $39 move on a $700 stock. 6.5% let's say. all of these are probably being faded by many investors who last week were very flattered and thinking they knew exactly how to price things because apple pinned right at 500. i don't think we'll pin this week. i think it's going to make a move up or down. my bet is up in apple righ

and home of the independent living movement, and we're really fortunate to have that here. i see mike boyd in the room and he always likes to remind people that ed roberts day is coming up next week on wednesday. and there are always a variety of ways to raise consciousness around disability, human and civil rights and elevating days that have been set aside by state legislature to honor folks that have brought forward disability rights as one way to do that. so i will remind folks of that and there may be ways that you can participate and show support. we are very fortunate in san francisco that i think we have city leaders who really understand a lot of disability issues and try to put them forward. we have seen examples of that with the department of aging and adult services coming forward. but we still need to always emphasize the kind of unique issues that people with disabilities raise, and bring forward. often as you all know, sometimes when needs for people with disabilitis are met, the needs of other communities that we didn't know were there. san francisco really is a leader as

[laughter] i did not make it. now i have become a bureaucratic the city of sacramento, which seems like a pretty glorious way to go. but i have met some pretty fantastic people through that. i'm eager to work with you on all of the issues that you have. there's a great staff that operates the office in san francisco. they resolve most of the problems that we could possibly face. there have been a couple that people live come -- have asked me to come down and meet with them on. i am more than happy to do that when there is something that we cannot resolve at the local level. san francisco is a place that we are very proud of. we got kicked out of our office, just by the landlord and the release. there is a lot of political pressure on us just to keep the political office closed. as most of my staff will tell you, there was really one person who thought it was the perfect idea to stay in san francisco and pay the market rent, and that was me. maybe state bureaucrats did not like that some much, but
